Weeks of not blogging, what had happened to me? Errr… Nothing much.. I’ve been busy with school (Moomedia work, Thesis, 3DGRAFX, and all other subjects) Sigh… The term is ending in a few weeks! I can’t wait!

Well, what I can’t believe is that even in our break (VERY short break mind you) we are gonna work on our thesis project.. Well, that can’t be helped considering that we do have a lot of things to catch up on since we need to be able to develop a part of the thesis to be patterned by the others… Sigh… I can’t wait for a REAL vacation.. You know, like after schooling is over? After graduation…? Sigh…

Alex (my niece) is turning 2 this 27th of August! She’s growing too fast! And I am growing old too fast! Lately, I can’t help but be saddened by her reactions with me. I haven’t been home lately due to projects and deadlines and seminars here and there. The last time I went home, she said she was afraid of me… Now isn’t that ironic… She is afraid of the person who took care of her after her mother and her father left her a week after she was given birth. Her mom said that she owed me one after taking care of her for two weeks back then (it was my term break and I never had one, AGAIN, because of that kid!) and until now, I can’t feel like she does. If I know, she had already forgotten all about it. She’s just happy that her daughter is in good hands and is growing just the way she wanted her to cause my parents are taking care and are spending money for her.

After our first year anniversary, we are still going through the smooth lane. I mean that we are still together and I can say that I am happy that I chose him, that I got to know him. Although there are times that I wished I didn’t cause what I am seeing right now is not the same person I knew last year, last summer… I remember telling him about this issue… Then again, I can’t change the person, right?

It had been 4 years in college. 4 LONG agonizing years. I can’t say that I am happy all the time. No one is. Everybody gets to have a challenge every where they go. And I think the biggest challenge I ever had was now, in college. I am independent, I am living alone for 2 years, and 2 years with my cousin. The people that tell me what to do are very far from me. Therefore it had been hard for me to manage my time. Me and my sister had been talking about this the other day. All we remember about 4th year high school is computers, that the moment we get home we go straight to the computer then we stay there till we sleep. It was a miracle that we were even able to finish our assignments cause, seriously, we don’t remember doing them.

By the way, the past weeks, I had also been addicted (a bit) to video editing. To see my videos, they are all uploaded at my YouTube Account. I still have one video not uploaded cause it might take 2 overnights to be able to finish that - considering that my net doesn’t fluctuate or suddenly stops then goes on again. But sad thing is, it does.. So I can’t really upload it right now.. :(

My portfolio had also increased. A few of my works can be viewed at my DA Account and most of which are the exercises that I had done for our 3DGRAFX class… Also, I had been creating a lot of posters lately due to being in the publicity committee of both Moomedia and our Batch Assembly. So, yeah..

Anyways, I have to go.. It’s 3:30 in the morning and I still have a meeting at 9 with my groupmates..

Hey there! I’ve been away for exactly a week due to server problems… But, obviously, the server is now fine..

So, what had I been up to the past week… Well, OJT is.. Well… Still boring… School… It’s starting next week… Then I just accepted to be VP - Communications for our batch… I just thought that since I am already in the spamming business for the next year due to Moomedia, might as well do it for the batch…

Websites… I had been way too late in updating my website, namely Tomoeda… And in launching our website (in collaboration with my two sisters)… Although, I recently just finished (just minutes ago) my sister’s blog… Visit it! click click click!!

Food trip! I’ve been cooking the past days… Last Sunday I made crep batter and crep itself… Then just last night, I was so bored since my oldest sister isn’t around, as well as her husband (for short I had the entire condo for myself *evil laugh*) And I bought pork chops last Sunday as well so I decided to try something… I tried cooking my favorite recipe for pork chops… Pork steak… I found a recipe online and followed as it said.

I had the pork steak for lunch a while ago… And I was SO satisfied with the outcome… Even last night, I was so tempted to eat since it smelled SO good! But no, I pulled myself together and didn’t eat in the end…

You might want to try to put in the soy sauce and the garlic you used for marination after the pork had been cooked for a little soup. I love it that way…

This is great, especially if you would like to try something new for dinner… Or maybe for lunch… This is one of the Filipino foods that I’d love to learn how to cook… Next stop is Adobo…

As for the crep, I’ll link the recipe next time…

Ever wondered why you can’t get anything done…? Well I have. It’s just setting your priorities straight. From the most important thing you have to get done, down to the least important. Sadly, some people don’t know how to set their priorities straight, and they say they do. There are a lot of ways to be able to set ones priorities. Its just that we all have to know what we HAVE to do from what we WANT to do. And that’s pretty much it. HAVE meaning we need to do it ASAP. And WANT is just for leisure sake or that you got bored with that HAVE to do thing. The reason for shifting of priorities.

As for me, here are my priorities for this summer:

• School - OJT
• Moomedia
• Family
• Leisure
• and lastly, Vinno.

Yes. You’d think he is 3rd on my list right…? Unfortunately, no.

I take OJT first since I want to graduate on time and that I don’t want to waste my time goofing around this summer when I know I could have done something. Moomedia, the org that I am part of. It comes second because the moment I have nothing to do and that I know I have something to do for that org, I do it. Family comes next. Since I live with my sister and her husband, I don’t really have to worry about almost anything. Except for the fact that I miss my bed at home, I miss my parents, I miss home-made food, I miss my niece… Other than that, I am perfectly fine.

To get out of the boredom or the stress. I take leisure as my next priority. I either play The Sims LifeStories, or I watch a DVD or the TV.

Lastly, Vinno. He comes in the last of my list. Why? Because we’ve had enough time together. He even wanted some time alone a while back with his friends, I heard. And complains that we have more than enough time together. He’s telling me that?! He’s the one that’s always on my tail!!

Everything is set. That’s how I wanted my priorities to be. And so far, it is.

Now, for others, it just isn’t so. They prioritize something else other than school, like say playing online games, or the org. It’s a waste of time I tell you.

Everybody’s been busy with a lot of stuff and I’m stuck somewhere in my world doing nothing… I should be at an office, doing OJT stuff! Sadly, I still don’t have a company…

Yes, it’s almost nearing the end of our summer break and I still don’t have an OJT to do… Some of my friends who still don’t have an OJT are planning on skipping it for this summer and taking it next summer instead… Before graduation… Sigh… I don’t know what to do anymore…

I have an interview this wednesday… Hoping that it’ll be successful… If it did, I’d have to work for 10 about 10 weeks. And that would mean that I’m still working while studying.. Sigh.. Now I’m even thinking that I’d skip it as well…

I haven’t been doing anything the past days… Just watching movies or maybe going out with Vinno or going back to school because of meetings with the organization I’m in… Otherwise, it’s nothing.. Oh, by the way, we got the results of the officership applications last term… And I was appointed Vice President in Creative Media Development.. Which means I am the “leader” of the committee. The committee handles the publicity of any activity the organization will have, as well as requests any org or office inside the school may have for us to do. And, we handle the exhibits the org might have throughout the school year… Sigh…

We just finished talking last night about what activities we can have the entire year. Turns out, we’d only really have a few since we do handle publicity… The things we’d have to do are almost done.. What’s left for us to do now is the booth for the freshmen welcoming this May 7! It’s so soon! And we only knew about this last Saturday… Even the President knew that she was the President just recently… So, everything is so rushed!

By the way, I had added a new page in the site…! It contains all the stuff I had been doing… Well, currently I can’t find all the stuff… But most of them, I think, are there already… Check ‘em out.. :)
