Under Events, Family, Life, Vacation
It’s been a while since I last posted here..
The past few months had been very busy for me as I continued struggled with my job, and landed a part-time job… As well as family matters.
So far, this year has nothing but bad memories for me. Last March, the car I was using (which is my mom’s very old car which my dad uses right now cause they refuse to sell the old thing) got stolen. I was out with friends and when we were on our way to a bar, we were looking for the car, and it just wasn’t there. We reported everything to the police, and 3 days after, they found the car. But, everything was stolen. The car was working fine, but all our other stuff inside the car was stolen.
Next up, just a few days after the car being stolen, an elementary classmate and friend died…. I had to go home earlier just to be able to attend his wake as well as his funeral, so I went home Thursday afternoon, than the usual Friday afternoon.
Rough patch huh… That’s merely 2 of the stuff that I had to go through this year. At least for now. It’s only May, anything can happen in the next months.. (like say our elected President being someone that will not live up to the names of his parents and cause chaos in this country)
Please be good to me, to us, 2010…
In other news..
I’ve been planning the past weeks.
I confronted my mom about wanting to go with my sister to the US this October and look for a job there, and go back to fix my visa, and then work there. But, instead of saying that, I said I wanted a vacation. Then she said, “Why not get our Graduation gift then? Where do you want to go..?”
EXPLANATION: I did not have a grand debut party unlike the one my sister had last December (another reason for the busy months before because I was running back and forth helping out). I only had an overnight with my High School friends and that was it (well, my parents gave me iPod speakers as well, but that’s just like a birthday gift like any other birthday and not the debut gift itself). I said I wanted a tour. But as the months passed, I thought that I needed a laptop that time, more than a tour. So I asked for one. And thus my MacBook.
And now that I have graduated from college, instead of asking for anything else, I asked for the tour I wanted for my debut. Where may you ask? They always thought that I wanted a tour around Korea. The truth is, I just wanted to go there because my friend lived there and I wanted to visit her. But now that she’s not there, I don’t think I’d want to visit, unless if I’m with family. So, where’s the tour? Europe.
I’ve been searching around the web for cheap tour packages around Europe and so far I have lessened the costings by half than I originally found.
From I think around $11k, I had it cut short to $6k nearing 7 including airfare (the $11k didn’t include the airfare and was limited). Not bad, huh. I just hope that my mom would agree because I worked so hard to be able to find the cheapest tours around Europe and so far I found the cheapest. But of course, I’ll have to save up for the trip too (just in case she doesn’t agree on the proposed tours and for souvenirs).
This website will undergo a revamp anytime I get the inspiration to design. Being a graphics designer is making my creative room dry up. I need to find something to inspire me…

Under Boredom, Life
Currently, I am in the phone with Vinno and as usual, he is saying VERY corny stuff.
And so with the blog title, Whatever
Anyways, I just learned from my mom yesterday that we will be going back to the US next year! WOHOOO!!!
I SO can’t wait! We’ve been forcing them to return to the US for the past 7 years and then here comes my godmother telling her not to let our visa expire. And thus with the decision to renew our visa which would mean going back to the US.
I am SO excited! I can’t WAIT for next year to come.
Yeah… Other than that, I have no more additional news.
I just finished watching Love or Bread out of boredom… I watched it the entire day skipping the movie Ice Age 3 with my parents and my niece… I’d rather stay home and watch the Taiwan Series…
A little review with the series, it’s a good series. Just don’t let the character of Joe Cheng get to you because he is TOTALLY annoying.
But overall, I find the series good.

Under Events, Family, Friends, Games, Life
Weird things had happened for the entirety of this week. But before I get to that, I just wanted to say that I took the qualifying exam for the Japanese Government Scholarship for next year’s batch last June 23rd. I don’t know if I’ll pass, but I have a very, VERY strong feeling that I won’t… So I won’t count on it anymore and just look for a job so that I can save up to take a certificate degree at the Philippine School of Interior Design.
I always wondered how my life would have been if I took the Interior Designing course instead of taking the Computer Science course. So, I am gonna save up for it and try to enter there by next year, hopefully.
The past week I’ve been staying at my sister’s place in the city because I attended a Job Expo at our school. But, I only went one day though. ANYWAYS… I also went out with my college friends and we went Laser Tagging! It was fun… But it got a bit annoying when you kept on being shot and you don’t know where it’s coming from only to find out that there are people all around you.
But bottom line, I had fun with them.

Under Family, Geeky Girl, Life, Vacation, Work
It’s May 28th here and it is nearing the end of summer… For most people anyways. Our school had started it’s first term last Monday (May 25). It usual starts early because we are under the Trimester system, so yeah. Hehe.
So, what had I been up to the past how many weeks that I haven’t been blogging… Well for one thing, I have achieved another wish that I wanted..
I finished driving school I think about 2 to 3 weeks ago and just last week, I got my driving license!
But, the problem there is, I have no car to use.
My parents won’t have me drive an automatic car just yet. They want me to start off with a manual car. The problem there is, all our manual cars are with my two sisters who are both working in the city… So no manual car for me.
My mom did say that I would borrow my grandfather’s old car, the Volkswagen Beetle (they had it fixed a few years ago so yes, it is still functional). But, HELLO. The car is YEARS older than me, probably older than my oldest sister. I MIGHT have a hard time driving that thing compared to having a hard time driving our Kia Pride CD-5

Under Events, Family, Life, School
Yes, I am back home. I just moved back last Monday… Actually no, my stuff came last Monday and I came home Tuesday afternoon. As for our final presentation for thesis, we got a silver for the Most Outstanding Thesis Award!
Gold was given to the other group.
Last week, since I was SO bored, I created a new layout!
It’s not really new cause I based it on an existing layout from WordPress Themes Free. I just added my own personal touches when I tried to create the layout. I did not install the layout. I created it from scratch based from that.
I purposely titled the website as “Untitled” for now because I am still lost with what will be next in my life. It’s not like moving on from high school to college, that I will only pick a college and a course that I want..
It most definitely is something BIGGER. And I still don’t know what to do. Hence, the title. I will probably keep this layout for a long time as I have more plans with it..
After 2 days of trying to fix my room, I had finally finished today. Just about 5PM today.
I started around 4PM yesterday and stopped at 3AM and then resumed fixing about 3PM today and finished about 5pM.
